By purchasing credits or using any paid feature on Deepfake Maker, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Product Nature

Our services are digital and often delivered instantly after purchase. Credits may be used to access AI-powered features, generate outputs, process content, or unlock paid functionality on our platform.

Due to the instant and consumable nature of digital services, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

General No-Refund Rule

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Credits have been used, whether partially or fully
  • Any output, result, or processing has already been generated using purchased credits
  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You are dissatisfied with the result for subjective reasons, while the service functioned normally
  • You purchased the wrong credit pack by mistake
  • You did not fully use your credits
  • You misunderstood the product features, limitations, or supported use cases before purchase

Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are one-time, non-refundable transactions unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us under the limited exceptions below.

Credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Cannot be exchanged for money or any other currency
  • May expire if your product terms or promotional rules specify an expiration period

Any promotional, bonus, gifted, or compensation credits are always non-refundable and non-withdrawable.

Exceptional Refund Cases

We may, at our sole discretion, review refund requests only in limited cases such as:

5.1 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a billing or technical error, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

5.2 Major Technical Failure

You may request a refund within 7 days if:

  • The purchased credits could not be used because our core paid service was completely unavailable or materially failed to function as described
  • The issue was caused by our system and not by misuse, unsupported files, device/browser incompatibility, network issues, or third-party service interruptions
  • The problem is verified by our support team
  • No substantial portion of the credits has been used

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate the matter.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Subjective dissatisfaction without verified technical fault
  • Incorrect expectations about output style, quality, or creative results
  • Failure to read product descriptions, pricing, or supported functionality before purchase
  • Partial use of credits
  • Unused remaining credits
  • Temporary service slowdown, minor bugs, or brief interruptions that do not prevent core usage
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Abuse, fraud, or suspicious payment activity

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or any payment provider without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately
  • We may remove access to paid services and remaining credits associated with the disputed transaction
  • We reserve the right to provide transaction records, usage logs, and related evidence to contest the dispute where appropriate

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, please email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request".

Please include:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Purchase date
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence, if available

We will review eligible requests and usually respond within 3–7 business days.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we reasonably believe the request involves:

  • Policy abuse
  • Repeated refund claims
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abnormal usage patterns
  • Intentional misuse of the service
